No Knead Crust:
- One tablespoon active yeast
- Half cup of warm water
- One tbsp flour
- 1 1/4 cup flour unbleached white or a mixture of white & wheat
- 1/3 tsp salt
- One tsp olive oil
- Half tbsp (0.5 tsp) dried oregano or other herbs
- 1/4 tablespoon garlic powder optional
- Red Pizza sauce
- Bell pepper Sliced
- Red onion Sliced
- Thinly white mushrooms sliced
- Zucchini sliced or other sliced veggies
- Kalamata olives sliced
- Two cloves of garlic chopped
- One tsp extra virgin olive oil
- Vegetarian parmesan
- Pepper flakes
Method Of Baking Veggie Vegan Pizza
- Take one bowl, pour a half cup of warm water, yeast & one tbsp flour mix it well. Keep aside for a number of minutes to activate.
- Pour one cup flour, herbs, salt, & garlic & olive oil mixed it throughly. Pour three tablespoon flour & blend in. Knead it for a number of seconds into a soft & sticky dough.
